LIONEL "LUCKY" GIRON
PRESIDENT

BIO:
President and founder of NJ Sharpshooters, Lucky is a proud civilian based firearms enthusiast, instructor and student. Lucky believes in giving back to the community and has a background in local, county and state politics. He has also served as a Legislative Representative for one of the largest railroads in the country and is always unapologetically ready to lead and serve NJ residents.

Dwayne Gutridge
VICE PRESIDENT

BIO:
Nationally known for setting records on racetracks as BigDaddyRacing, Dwayne is an avid shooter and a great collector of firearms. Dwayne started his relationship with NJSS as a student and attended several courses before becoming one of the most popular members on the roster. The focus is clear for Dwayne and he’s here to bring the same winning attitude he had as a racer! “We’re coming!”

NICOLAS LOVETT
LEGISLATIVE DIRECTOR

BIO:
Nick first got into firearm ownership as an adult-onset hunter. He quickly learned about the hurdles and boundaries that law abiding citizens need to navigate in order to self-protect and realized that he couldn’t sit around and do nothing. With his background in local politics he accepted the responsibility of being the organizations link to the legislative world. As a founding member of NJ Sharpshooters as well as a member of the Board of Directors, he is dedicated to fight for every NJ resident’s 2A rights.

NICHOLAS CUZA
CHIEF RANGE SAFETY OFFICER

BIO:
Nick is the Chief Range Safety Officer of NJ Sharpshooters. Nick has a background in firearms instruction, personal and corporate security as well as recreational shooting for over 10 years. Dedicated to helping others, Nick’s primary focus is building our team of Range Officers to keep our courses and students safe.

SAMUEL SPEARS
OUTREACH OFFICER / ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR

BIO:
Sam has over 21 years of experience at the third largest railroad in the region, ten of which has been in a managerial role supervising over 1500 employees. Always willing to lend a helping hand in whatever capacity necessary, Sam is committed to the enrichment and building of the community as a whole.

SHARON SOLIERI-DEY
SECRETARY

BIO:
Sharon is a devoted mother of 2 with a strong commitment to community, education, and personal growth. With over 13 years of service on a Board of Education in NJ, Sharon has been a steadfast advocate for education and its ability to transform lives. As a general manager of a fitness club for more than a decade, she has cultivated a career focused on helping individuals achieve their goals and fostering a sense of community. Sharon’s unwavering dedication to supporting and uplifting others is the cornerstone of her personal and professional philosophy.

RONALD PUNTIEL
TREASURER

BIO:
As a firearms owner for over 15 years and father of 3, Ronald is an ambassador of firearm safety and education. He is a deeply committed member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Perth Amboy, NJ and is always willing to volunteer to do God’s work.
